BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY!
-I require 24 hour Cancellation/Rescheduling!
-In order to reschedule your pre-booked appointment you will need to reschedule online!

If you Reschedule your appointment more than once I require 100% of the facial price in order to book again. First time clients may reschedule once with no charge with in the 24hr time frame!
-If you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, I ask that you contact me by Phone or Text a minimum of 24 hours in advanced. This allows for adequate time to re-fill the open appointment time.
-Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the facial in order to book again! No Show or Late Clients with No Call or Text will not be refunded your deposit and will not be able to book again!
-As a courtesy, appointment confirmation text messages are sent 48hrs in advance!
LATE ARRIVALS
-I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable depending on circumstances, however please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late I may not be able to accommodate your service booked. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments scheduled. Full payment of your session will be expected.

DEPOSIT
In order to secure your appointment, a facial deposit is required when booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total price of your treatment cost, and the remaining balance will be paid the day of your facial. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! (Deposits are always Required for Peels and CIT facials)
PRODUCTS
No Refund or Returns. For Non Opened products you may Exchange the product only!
CHECK IN
I recommend to arrive at least 10 minutes early to find parking and to make your appointment on time. First time clients please arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out the consultation form.
PAYMENTS
I accept Cash, Credit Card, or Zelle. Gratuity is greatly appreciated!
