I understand that things come up and changes to your appointment time may be required! Emergencies may arise which makes it impossible for you to give the required 24 hour Cancellation notice. I am accommodating under those circumstances.
-I require 24 hour Cancellation/Rescheduling.
-No Show or Late Clients with No Call or Text will not be refunded your deposit and will require a credit card on file to prepay for future appointments!
-If you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, I ask that you contact me by Phone or Text a minimum of 24 hours in advanced. This allows for adequate time to re-fill the open appointment time.
-Same day cancellations will require the remaining of the payment paid to reschedule for future appointments.
-Confirmation Text are sent 48 hours in advance!
-In the case of an Emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments scheduled. Full payment of your session will be expected.

In order to secure your appointment, a facial deposit is required when booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total price of your treatment cost, and the remaining balance will be paid the day of your facial. Deposits are nonrefundable after 48 hours!
I recommend to arrive at least 10 minutes early to find parking and to make your appointment on time. First time clients please arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out the consultation form.
